Paternity Testing Maury
Paternity Testing
Paternity Testing is an unfortunate event. There is never any case where the child is best served by needing a paternity test to prove who his father is. Any children who go through life without the need for paternity testing are fortunate indeed that they have not suffered through the painful ideal of having someone question the legitimacy of their heritage and imply that they are illegitimate. There are probably some other unfortunate parts of paternity testing involving the pain for two adults who may have both been consenting but now are unsure of fidelity or willing to lie to avoid responsibility. There are also the cases where a woman was raped or taken advantage of and the man denies his involvement out of embarrassment and the woman kept silent until she knew she was pregnant because of shame and now the only way to prove what happened is paternity testing.
Paternity Testing On Television
I don’t like the exhibitionism that Maury and others put on television to entertain a crowd with the extremely raw emotion of the person who has no idea that they are being way laid by lies in order to get them to show up on television. The woman may try surprising a man taking him on the show to do paternity testing in order to prove he is the father. A man may give a woman a false pretense for relationship issues only to spring on her that he wants paternity testing to prove he isn’t the father. All of this hurts everyone involved and crushes some people who should all be concerned with raising a child.
I wish that paternity testing could be done away with but the lies and cheating involved in sexual relationships means that we will never see an end to paternity testing until we have utopia.
